This is a cel of Wonder Woman weilding her lasso during the opening credits of the Super Friends: The Legendary Super Powers Show. This is a GREAT cel featuring Wonder Woman from the soon-to-be released on DVD season of the Super Friends!! This is the first animated appearance of the double "W" on her costume. She has the same flip do from the original Super Friends series but the costume had an update.
